Plot Overview
Tony is worried about his mentor Lou, who's suffering from a heart condition and unfit for any kind of duty, even a desk job. When Lou turns up on a ledge, poised to jump, Tony joins him, and the two reminisce about some of their crazier moments, but the ordeal still ends tragically. Meanwhile, Rachel has to be rushed to the hospital, and Cyd assists with the birth of Rachel and Tony's new baby girl, whom they name Sarah. Tony tries to convince the mayor to put up a traffic light at an intersection where countless accidents have happened. When that fails, Tony comes up with a backup plan to get cars to stop at the troublesome spot...hang up a giant picture of a cute girl in a bikini!
