Plot Overview
Rachel is the witness to a deadly armed robbery at the supermarket where she shops, and the killer is able to call and threaten her because he has her wallet Tony's efforts to get a positive I.D. out of her causes friction between them, and the man may go free because Rachel can't remember whether he had a tattoo on his arm or not. At the precinct, Cyd is unable to convince a smitten Mike that she's not the one for him, so Tony offers her some advice...take him out to lunch. When that fails, she offers to fix Mike up with a friend that's more compatible with him.
