Plot Overview

David's friend shoots a bully who was attacking him in a restroom at the school. While the bully is in the hospital facing possible paralysis, angry parents cause a near-riot outside the school, intensifying Tony's efforts to find the shooter. The bully's father sets out for revenge against the shooter, and Tony and Cyd must race to prevent another shooting. David must tell Tony the truth about his friend Jason, and Tony and Rachel discover that their son is torn between loyalty to a friend and breaking a promise. Around the precinct, a roller-skating purse snatcher has the officers bewildered, so Tony has a competition between them to see which officer is most skilled to catch the speedy thief, and Carmela wins the competition.
