Plot Overview
While investigating a prostitution ring, Tony is stunned to learn that a society matron is behind the operation, and some of her high-profile clients put pressure on the Commissioner to drop the charges. When he refuses, the woman tries to blackmail him, putting a card with phony information into her rolodex, but it all takes a dark turn when she's murdered, and Tony must solve the case while worrying about what that false information could do to his career. At home, Tony and Rachel discover that they have new neighbors and hope that they are an improvement over the previous ones, but they prove just as obnoxious, though David is drawn to their cute daughter.
