Plot Overview
A murderous robber victimizes a family whose car has broken down, and Tony must tread lightly in dealing with a young boy who witnessed his mother's murder from the car's back seat. Also, a complaint about a police car constantly parked outside a bowling alley leads Tony to an officer doing personal business on city time, and Tony gets advice on coaching his youth basketball team from none other than the legendary Wilt Chamberlain.
