Plot Overview
A racist political candidate visits the city, polarizing the cops and civilians alike, and Tony tries to dissuade him from marching through a racially-mixed neighborhood. After a church in that neighborhood is bombed, the candidate is suspected, but when he's shot and killed by a disturbed young man, Tony suspects that the shooter didn't work alone and even suspects someone in his own department of being involved. On a lighter note, Tony loses an expensive emerald ring he bought for Rachel for their anniversary, and Stan has to verify licenses of all psychics operating in the area, one of whom offers to help Tony find the missing ring.
