Plot Overview
It's Halloween night, and someone breaks into a funeral home and cuts the heart out of a recently deceased businessman. Tony's investigation leads him to a reclusive author and rival of the dead man who lives all alone in a spooky old house He visits the man and finds him to be quite harmless, but has a couple of his officers keep watch on his house, which proves to be quite helpful when a gang of angry parents arrive and attack the man, accusing him of handing out poisoned candy. Tony, with David's help, pulls a ruse to find the real fiend with the deadly treats, while Tony's new friend helps liven up David's dull Halloween party with scary stories. He also manages to find out just who stole the heart and the surprising reason why.
