The Popeye and Olive Comedy Show is a children's animated comedy that aired on CBS. It was the third series based on Popeye. It was a retooled version of The All-New Popeye Hour and featured the final time that Jack Mercer would do Popeye's voice before passing away.
The show featured three main segments, Popeye, Private Olive Oyl and Prehistoric Popeye as well as health and safety tips.
Hanna-Barbera Productions co-produced the series with Popeye licensor King Features Syndicate. Warner Bros. Television is the show's distributor.
