Plot Overview
Investigating a truck-jacking, Lem winds up shooting an unarmed man and Vic plants a gun on him. When they learn he's innocent, they work to undo the damage they've done.
While she works with Dutch on a case of elderly abuse, Wyms's father visits and deals with the drama of her daughter's new fiance.
