The Three Stooges were a popular American comedy act that was featured in numerous theatrical short films and several feature films produced by Columbia Pictures. Their shorts were played on TV over the years (distributed by Columbia's Screen Gems TV unit, now Sony Pictures Television), and they also were featured in a couple of animated TV series.
