Plot Overview
A thuggish man is given a pair of scissors by an impish little man, who claims that the scissors are just what he needs, and indeed, the scissors save his life when his necktie gets caught in an elevator door and nearly chokes him to death. Believing that the little man can give people what they need, the brute sets out after him, under the mistaken belief that he can use the man's powers to become rich.
