The show spawned two spin-offs
- The Plucky Duck Show, which, with the exception of the first episode, only featured segments that previously aired on Tiny Toon Adventures that focused on Plucky Duck
- Pinky, Elmyra and the Brain, a show featuring Tiny Toon Adventures' Elmyra along with the Pinky and the Brain characters from Animaniacs and Pinky and the Brain
