Plot Overview
It's Test Day, and Buster shows 3 cartoons.
Never Too Late to Loon: Plucky needs to impress Shirley, his true love interest, but she won't help him. Plucky will try his best to make Shirley help him.
Li'l Sneezer: Furrball meets a talking baby mouse named Sneezer when he takes the job for a babysitter. Sneezer appears to have what he calls "a little cold," but it appears to be a very strong and sensitive cold, and causes Furrball's failure to catch him for a test.
To Beep or Not to Beep: Fowlmouth has a swearing problem when he tries to make Shirley like him. This cartoon is the same as Never Too Late to Loon, only with him instead of Plucky.
