Plot Overview

"WE ARE COMING"

Scotland 1965 and a coachload of children are delivered to the 456.

The World, the present and at 0840hrs GMT, every child that is awake stands still for a few minutes whereever they are causing car accidents, obstructions, and consternation to their parents and teachers.

Later that morning it happens again, but this time uttering a continuous scream for a few minutes. Then the children speak "We, we ,we ,we, we, we,we, We are, we are, we are, we are, We are coming, we are coming, we are coming......."

A middle aged man in a psychriatic hospital has done exactly the same until finally collapsing "They have found me".

Wheels within the British government begin turning because they know what the events are about and the Prime Minister wants deniability of an earlier meeting with aliens known as the 456 which is the frequency they first made contact in 1965.

A "blank page" is issued which orders the death of anybody who knows or was present at the 1965 meeting. This includes the indestructible Captain Jack Harkness and a plan is hatched to destroy him and the Torchwood base. Gwen Cooper and Ianto Jones are to be collateral damage.
