Children of Earth: Day Two is the second episode of the third season of Torchwood and the twenty-eighth overall.

Plot Overview

"WE ARE COMING TOMORROW"

Torchwood, Cardiff destroyed by a bomb within Captain Jack's stomach. Gwen and Ianto survivors seperated,on the government kill list, and on the run. Searching the debris Johnson and her team find an arm, shoulder, and the remains of a head. The parts are placed in a body bag and taken to a remote facility for observation.

Meanwhile in London, translated instructions from the 456 to construct a receiving tank on the 13th floor of Thames House, the headquarters of the internal security services.

Gwen on the run goes home and taking Rhys with her as he is now in danger have to make their way to London for answers.

Ianto Jones with help from his family also makes his way towards London looking for Captain Jack.

Lois Habiba by the frenetic circumstances at the Home Office becomes aware of the situation as it unfolds and makes contact with Gwen and Rhys.

Captain Jack begins to regenerate and Johnson takes ultimate measures to contain him.

Notes

Only Britain seems to have contact with the 456 despite children all over the world being affected and speaking the alien message in English.
