Twenty-One (2000) was a revival of the scandal-tainted Twenty-One from the 1950s.

As before, two contestants are in soundproof booths, choosing point values for questions from 1 to 11 with the object to hit 21 exactly.

The questions here are of multiple choice and contestants get a help from a friend or family member. Contestants are given a strike for an incorrect answer with three strikes eliminating them. Two strikes are imposed if the contestant's help is wrong and he/she goes with it. Winners of games won escalating cash prizes as long as he/she was successful. That player competed in a bonus round in answering true-or-false questions.
