Victor & Hugo: Bunglers In Crime is an animated comedy that aired on ITV in Great Britain. A spinoff of sorts of Count Duckula (where they appeared as two criminal birds Gaston and Pierre), the series focuses on two criminals under the billing of "Naughtiness International" who set out to commit the perfect crime only to come up short due to their own ineptitude. They are accompanied by Interpoll, a parrot who is obviously the smartest of the three.
It was one of the last shows on ITV before the network went under; it would be replayed overseas. It also featured crossovers with other Cosgrove Hall properties, most notably Danger Mouse and Count Duckula.
