Plot Overview

Stuart Silver is an auto salesman who runs Specialty Motors in Los Angeles, California that specializes in used luxury cars. Stuart doesn't hire women as sales staff because he doesn't feel that they're up to the job and the only women who work there are secretaries. He has his employees punch a time clock and anybody is late for work, he takes away their bonuses & doesn't allow them to work; he also monitors his staff's every move with 30 security cameras and allows high stakes card games during business hours.

Stuart swaps jobs with Kari Caden, the CEO of Caden Concept, an all-female promotional merchandise firm that creates & arranges giveaways for companies that need their logo on gift items; her sister, Lori is her second-in-command and they are no men on the staff. Kari has a laid-back management approach and treats her co-workers like family & friends, creating a nurturing, fun work place; she even treats every staff member to a weekly massage. The staff at Caden Concept come into work as they please, getting in as late as 10:30 in the morning and leaving at 4:00 p.m. on Fridays to go shopping.
