Plot Overview
Trap breaks in his new partner, Brett, whose know-it-all attitude affects his relationships with his new co-workers. Brett rescues a graffiti tagger and later has another run-in with him during the rescue of one of the kid's friends, whose leg is trapped in a pier. When the punk kid sabotages Brett's bike, it's up to Trap and new helicopter pilot Sandy to rescue him.
