Plot Overview
A diver suffering from the bends is covered in oil, which leads the team to a slick operator who's polluting with the water with open barrels of oil as part of a bigger scheme. They also rescue a hang glider who's trapped in some live power wires and deal with an annoying news helicopter who interferes with their duties.
