- It's revealed that the doctor Jack has been visiting is a hallucination, but is a real person. Liddell, who had developed a thesis on the treatment of genetic mutations, went to the Soviet Union in 1981 to spy for the U.S., but his cover was blown and Jack extracted him. Having given him a new identity, only Jack knows his whereabouts. After learning about his condition, APO use his delusions to get the location out of him and bring Liddell to treat Jack.
- Thanks to Dixon, APO gets the Hydrosek, a water-based weapon that could wipe out entire ecosystems and kill half a million people. However, Elena hacks her system to request it be moved so she can steal it.
