- Emily goes to the CIA after learning about Irina and his continued pursuit of Rambaldi. She offers her help in bringing him in on the condition that he isn't given the death penalty. Unbeknown to her, Arvin decides to abandon Rambaldi for her. Wracked with guilt, she reveals that she's wearing a wire and he forgives her and she agrees to flee with him as the CIA close in. Unfortunately, Dixon has a clear shot at Arvin, but accidentally hits Emily, killing her.
