Plot Overview
Mac asked Jamie why he left Cecile. Pat asked Marianne if her fights with Rick have anything to do with Jamie and Cecile's separation. Jamie was evasive about his reasons for leaving Cecile and wasn't surprised to hear that Cecile had cried on Mac's shoulder about the separation. Jamie told Mac he is happy that he found his natural son. Clarice chastised Denny for arranging Leigh's acceptance into a Wisconsin hockey program. Pat suggested Marianne tell Rick she wishes to go to an advanced ECU training seminar alone. Clarice wondered to Ada whether she should tell Leigh the truth about being hired for the Wisconsin hockey program. Clarice told Ada she wants to have a baby with Larry. Rick told Joey that he's a resident in psychiatry. Kit accepted Joey's marriage proposal. Jamie called Cecile to arrange a time when he could pick up his things from the penthouse. Sally planned to talk to Denny after Clarice told her that Denny arranged Leigh's acceptance into the Wisconsin hockey program. Alice agreed to let Mac attend the divorce hearing after Mac discussed it with his lawyer, Mr. Bond. Sandy interrupted Liz and Jamie discussing work to talk to Jamie. Sandy told Jamie that he's no longer working for Cory Publishing and denied it when Jamie accused him of sleeping with Cecile. Mac and Alice discussed divorce. Joey and Kit interrupted Rick and Marianne arguing to announce their engagement. Ada urged Louise to accept Mac & Rachel's divorce. Larry was thrilled with Clarice's suggestion about them having a baby together. Rick admitted to Kit that Jamie and Cecile's separation bothers him.
