Baby Teeth is part of the sixth episode of the fourth season of Creepshow, and the twenty-third episode overall.

Plot Overview

Having gotten her wisdom teeth removed, the bratty Shelby is creeped out and somewhat disgusted about her overprotective mother Miranda saving said teeth in a collection of her other baby teeth. Miranda is hinted to be smothering to the point where everyone in her life left her because her own mother up and left her one day, but it's gradually revealed that all the paranoia about what Shelby gets up to has been a means to protect her from the Fae, who actually took her mother away when they tried to swap her for a changeling when she was a baby, and that Shelby's disbelief in them will spell both womens' doom.

• The ashtray from "Father's Day" can be seen on Shelby's nightstand, holding the iron pendant her mother makes her wear.

Allusions and References

• Billy the puppet's tricycle from the SAW movies can be seen in the corner of Shelby's old nursery.

• In her rant to Shelby after learning that she snuck out and tried liquor at a party, Miranda warns her that she's seen Taken and that her daughter could've been stuck on some rich pervert's yacht halfway across the world.

• The Fae that's formed from Shelby's baby teeth resembles the Crypt Keeper from Tales from the Crypt.
