Faceless is a crime drama developed for the fall 2006 season for FOX, however, the pilot was not picked up.
John Robson is a federal prosecutor. When he gets too close to a major crime boss, his wife and children are murdered. Robson himself is severely beaten, shot in the head, and left for dead. He survives, however. The surgeons have to reconstruct his face and the brain damage from his injury alters his personality. He goes underground to infiltrate the crime ring and exact revenge on those who killed his family and the unknown man at the top.
In summer 2006, one of the screener DVDs of the pilot was leaked and distributed over various file sharing networks.
