Fox 21 Television Studios is a TV production subsidiary of Walt Disney Television, a division of The Walt Disney Company.

It was announced in December of 2014 that Fox 21 and Fox Television Studios would merge into one company. This came as a result of Fox TV Studios' president David Madden being prompted to Fox Broadcasting Company and the fact that both companies focused on cable TV.
