Plot Overview

The Women have decided to go on Strike. This decision was made because the Men have not kept their promises.Mary Ann,Ginger, and Mrs.Howell will move to the other side of the Island. The Men believe that the Women would not last one night without the help, and the protection of the Men.To make certain of this, the Men make a Monster Costume to frighten the Women into running back Home.As the Men are developing their plan to get the Women back, the Women are having a difficult time setting up their new Home,or Hut.They send Ginger back to charm the Men into giving them much needed building tools.Ginger overhears the Mens plan to scaring back. The Women develope their own plan to counter the Mens plan.Gilligan, and the Skipper will dress in the Dragon Costume, and make Monster sounds. When they get close enough to the Womens half-built Hut,they make the Monster sounds. At first the Women pretend not to hear the sounds, but then they act afraid. However, instead of running back to the Men for protection, the Women act brave, and will kill the Monster. The Skipper, and Gilligan having heard this try to run for their lives. The Women subdue the two,who then try to explain their way out of the situation.Later on,while the Women try to adjust to living without the Men,the Men attempt to do the same thing. Both genders find it difficult.Later in the evening, the Men dream about how they would like the Women to behave.First, there is the Skippers dream:He is a Sheik, and the Women are his Wives,(dressed like Harem Girls)tending to his every whim, like dancing. His dream ends.Second,Howell dreams of getting a Massage from Ginger, and a Manicure from Mary Ann while Lovey pours Champayne on his feet. His dream ends.Third, the Professor dreams that he is Cary Grant, and that the Women are Fans, tearing off his Clothes. He awakens.Fourth dream of course is Gilligan's.He is a Matadour, and the Women each present him with a Gift. The Women become his Bulls. He awakens, and with the other Men go outside.None of the others could sleep. They discuss what to do to get the Women back.Gilligans suggestion is to apologize, and beg the Women to return Home.At first The Skipper,Howell, and The Professor refuse. But then they decide to go to the Women to apologize.Howell goes first to seek out the Women, but he receives two douses of Water,as a peeping tom.He scampers away. The Women expect another scheme from the Men to scare them back Home. The Women see what they believe to be another Monster developed by the Men.However, when thy notice that the Men are standing behind them, and are not operating the supposed Monster, they run towards the Men for protection.Noticing the Monster,The Skipper, and Gilligan who is too frighten to investigate take a closer look at the supposed Monster. The supposed Monster is in fact, three Weather Baloons which had been lost. The Baloons can be used to send Radio Messages that the Castaways can send, and once the Baloons are sent into the Air Navy Ships would spot them, and once received, the Castaways are assured a Rescue. This could have assured the Castaways Rescue except that Gilligan thinking that the Baloons were Monsters has destroyed them.Even worst,he would cut them up o make clothing, thereby ruining any chance for a Rescue.
