KSNV is the call for a station in Las Vegas, Nevada which is the market's NBC affiliate. Sinclair Broadcast Group owns the station, which broadcasts on digital UHF channel 22, displaying via PSIP as virtual channel 3. It is a sister channel to The CW/MyNetworkTV affiliate KVCW.

The station opened in 1984 as independent KRLR on analog channel 21. It became UPN charter affiliate KUPN in 1995, then as The WB affiliate KVWB in 1998. It became MyNetworkTV affiliate KVMY in 2006 after the WB and UPN shut down and News Corporation opened MyNetworkTV.

In 2014, Sinclair announced it was purchasing NBC affiliate KSNV (now KHSV). As Sinclair already owned KVMY and CW affiliate KVCW, KVMY was sold off to Intermountain West (with Sinclair operating it under an LMA) and became an Antenna TV affiliate. In 2015, KSNV and KVMY switched digital signals with KSNV moving to digital 22 (retaining virtual 3) and KVMY going to digital 2 (retaining virtual 21); that same year, Intermountain West sold the station to current owner Howard Stirk Holdings, which changed the station to its current KHSV call sign in 2016. MyNetworkTV moved to a subcarrier of KVCW.
