Take It All is a game show airing in prime time on NBC. It is based on the parlor game of "White Elephants."

The game is broken down into four rounds. In the first round, five contestants are brought out one at a time. The first contestant selects a prize from the "dream screen." The ensuing players may select the remaining prizes from the dream screen or an opponent's prize. Players may lock out their prize from being taken but they can only use it once. A player having their prize taken may select from the dream screen or another player other than the contestant who took his/her prize. The contestant with the least valuable prize is eliminated.

Round two starts with the contestant who has the highest prize value and selects from the dream screen. The other players follow suit from the first round. The contestant with the least valuable prize is eliminated. In round three, the first player who did not get the option to select from an opponent or the dream screen may take a prize from an opponent. The remaining two contestants after round three progress to the "Prize Fight."

Each contestant has a selector and chooses a packet containing cash prizes from $25,000 to $250,000. They must now use their sense of morality and judgment of the other's character. There are two buttons to select--"Take It All" and "Keep Mine." If both players select "Keep Mine," they both win their respective prizes. If both select "Take It All," they go home with nothing. If one player selects "Take It All," that player wins his/her prizes and the opponent's.
