Plot Overview

Joe and Elena arrive at the apartment and Joe tells her they can be sure Gus will find them. Everyone watches as the well blows. Jeb finds Max unconscious and drags him from the wreckage as the well blazes. Joe tells Elena they have to leave the country tonight. Reena, Vicky and Ginny are relieved the well blew. Jeb tells Justin, Ryan and Striker that Max blew up the well and Justin vows to make sure Max spends the rest of his life in prison. Elena tells Joe she can't leave the country forever but Joe tells her that he has to go. Lurlene tells Ginny that she lied to Reena and that Max and Jeb went to the well and she is worried now that something happened to them. Striker heads back to let Reena know what happened as they take Max to Gulf Coast hospital. Elena tells Joe she will leave the country with him. Ryan tells Justin if anyone is guilty of a crime it is Justin and Bubba and he won't be pressing charges but Justin threatens to go over his head. Striker tells Vicky, Reena and Ginny that Max blew up the well and is on his way to Gulf Coast with possible internal bleeding. Jeb tells Ruby, Rikki and Lurlene about Max blowing up the well and then Jeb tells Lurlene that he should have found a way to stop Max from doing this. Justin and Ashley discuss Max's condition and Justin tells Ashley he doesn't care if Max is alright or not but that his blowing up the well was a blessing. Evan tells Vicky, Reena and Ginny that the injuries are worse than they first thought but Max is doing well so far. Rikki tells Elena that Max is hurt and at Gulf Coast and she tells him she will meet him there. Ginny blasts Justin and tells him leave the hospital before Reena and Vicky get back from their walk. Striker tells Ryan there won't be any way to prove Justin was slant drilling. Joe tells Elena he can't promise to be there when she gets back from the hospital. Vicky tries to comfort Reena while Max has been in surgery for 4 hours and Reena tells Vicky she knows she is going to lose Max.
