Plot Overview

Cyrus Blanchard meets Allison at Marshall Oil and she tells him they won't be able to see each other anymore because she has left World Oil and is working for Marshall Oil now. Hunt tells Vicky he has been thinking about her a lot and would like to spend together. Then Reena enters and asks Hunt to go see Judith Wheeler. Judith wakes and tells Grant about a nightmare she had where she couldn't walk. Then she realizes that she can't walk and asks Grant why he called her back and didn't let her die. Grant tells Judith he will stay by her under the condition that she keep fighting. Ruby stops by the Wheeler house and tells Vivien and John that Judith is paralyzed and suggests they get some of Judith's things and books and take them to her. Justin arrives and sees Cyrus and then they talk about the mess the Wheeler's are in. As Justin talks about Allison being Ashley's kid sister, Cyrus wonders if he should take his business to a Texas company instead of a company run by Yankees. Hunt agrees to help the Wheelers by speaking to Judith. Then when he leaves Reena realizes Vicky is angry and Vicky says every time she starts to relate to Hunt as a man she comes face to face with the fact that he is a Catholic priest. Then Reena tells her that Grant is going to devote his life to taking care of Judith. Brette tells Grant that she is going to get information about in home care and Mark tells him that he and Ruby will move home to help Judith. Reena sees Allison about the files she took and accuses her of only being interested in what is good for herself. Brette tells Mark she is meeting with T.J. to see if he can help legally in getting the files back. When Mark and Brette begin to argue again Brette tells him he shouldn't have decided that he and Ruby would move into the house without asking Ruby first. Reena asks Justin to give the files back and he says no. Reena tells Justin the files belong to World Oil but he defends Allison's actions. Ruby, Vivien and John arrive at Gulf Coast and see Mark and Grant. Then it is decided to that while Vivien is visiting Judith, John will take Grant home so he can finally get a change of clothes. Brette tells T.J. it is her fault what happened because she brought George into the house and now Judith's affair with George is in the papers and she can't walk. Then Brette also tells T.J. she wants to stop Allison. Brette tells T.J. that Allison took files from World Oil and then quit and is over at Marshall Oil. T.J. tells her there isn't much they can do right now. When Brette leaves, T.J. decides to arrange dinner for him and Allison. Reena sees Ruby and tells her that Justin won't give the files back. Then she tells Reena that Allison and Justin make quite a pair and that Allison is forcing Billy Joe to make more commercials before his contract runs out. Then Reena tells Ruby that she saw some info on Cyrus Blanchard and thinks he might be going over to Marshall Oil. When Reena leaves she tells Ruby not to let Judith keep her on the outside because she is very good at that. Vivien takes a tough stand with Judith and gets her to allow the family to see her. Mark tells Ruby about the plan for them to move into the house but Ruby isn't so sure it is a good idea. Then Brette tells them that T.J. couldn't help and Ruby tells them Allison may lure Cyrus over to Marshall Oil. Then Grant comes back and Vivien tells them that Judith would like to see Mark, Brette and Grant. Grant tells Judith he is going to take a leave of absence from World Oil and devote his time to helping her get better but on the condition that she has to fight this thing. Mark, Brette and Grant talk to Judith as Ruby watches from outside the hospital door.
