The Daffy Duck Show was a package of Warner Bros. cartoons starring Daffy Duck, airing on NBC. It was a mid-season replacement after the network did a complete revamp of its Saturday morning line-up.

Several of these cartoons were shown previously on the ABC and CBS Bugs Bunny shows; added to the mix were cartoons made from 1964 to 1969. Warners had closed their cartoon studio in 1964 and had DePatie-Freleng and Format Films studios make some Daffy cartoons. In these films, Daffy was paired up with Speedy Gonzales. The poor chemistry of the characters and low budgets did not endear the films to fans. In 1967, Warners reopened their cartoon studio after their merge with Seven Arts and continued the Daffy and Speedy cartoons under director ship of Hanna-Barbera staffer Alex Lovy. These latter cartoons were previously shown in 1970 on ABC's children's show Lancelot Link, Secret Chimp.

The show was renamed The Daffy & Speedy Show in 1981 and then it moved to CBS in 1982 under the title The Daffy & Speedy/Sylvester & Tweety Show.
