  • The second season wasn't as good as the first, but still funny. -Joltman 07:53, 17 January 2008 (EST)
  • The world this show has crafted is so over the top crazy and the characters that inhabit it are even worse but the two blend together in the perfect storm of funny. --The-jam 12:33, 30 January 2008 (EST)

  • This show leans a bit towards the drama side but is still quite funny. I love sarcastic humor and David Duchovny's Hank Moody has a great sarcastic sense of humor that helps make him lovable even though he's a bit of an ass. The plot lines are also crafted for maximum absurdity so I find myself laughing at the absurd happenings almost as much as the jokes but they manage to stop them from veering into the stupidly absurd.--The-jam 12:33, 30 January 2008 (EST)

  • This Canadian comedy is consistently funny with a great ensemble cast. Not many outside of Canada have seen it, but now that it's showing on WGN you have no excuse to not set your TiVo for it. --Davidscarter

  • Thirty-two episodes of this show aired during the elligibilty period so there were definitely some highs and lows but for the most part it stayed consistently funny. The launch of Aquaman and then the build up to filming Medellin in season three were some of the shows best plots. The build up to Cannes in season four wasn't quite as good but still had its moments.--The-jam 12:33, 30 January 2008 (EST)

  • As great as such NBC's Thursday night line up was last year (all except Scrubs), no other 30-minute show took me as long to watch any given episode as Extras. The reason it took me so long was because I was pausing it to finish laughing. The Daniel Radcliffe episode alone nearly caused me to have a brain aneurysm. And it didn't even include Stephen Merchant masturbating to a pen, or Robert DeNiro asking to keep it. -- JCaesartalk 23:11, 15 January 2008 (EST)

  • While the show is funny it really doesn't reach nor even aspire to the quality levels of other comedies on TV. I don't think it deserves to be included as one of the best. --The-jam 12:33, 30 January 2008 (EST)

  • The show tried to vary its formula a lot in season 2 and sometimes this resulted in a home-run other times it struckout. There were still some great episodes mostly involving extended flashbacks to when Earl was still bad. The extended sub-plot about Joy's legal troubles was a nice addition especially Marlee Maitlin as Joy's lawyer. The prison arc at the start of season 3 also had its hits and misses but again the hits were enough to warrant it still being considered among the best.--The-jam 12:33, 30 January 2008 (EST)

  • Even though the second season removed a couple characters that I liked and thought were a big part of why the show worked, this was still a good show and had the same level of comedy that was present in the first season. -- HuskersRule 02:17, 14 February 2008 (EST)

  • I just started watching this show this year started out by catching occasional syndication repeats to catching them daily to watching the entire show from start to finish to watching the season finale live as it aired. This season wasn't as spectacular as previous seasons but it had its moments and I think it still deserves to be counted as one of the best comedies on TV. The few episodes NBC has allowed us to see from season seven have been a vast improvement over season six with some good but still funny much needed character development as the series winds down its final season.--The-jam 12:33, 30 January 2008 (EST)
  • From The American Heritage Dictionary: "Jump the shark: See Scrubs Season Six." This year, Scrubs became the first show to move from the top ten on my TiVo's Season Pass list to off the list completely in a manner of three episodes. -- JCaesartalk 23:11, 15 January 2008 (EST)
