Plot Overview
While Michonne talks with Negan, Maggie makes her way to Alexandria. When Rick gets wind of this, he tries to hold her off, but Daryl sees that he doesn't interfere.

Happenings
- According to Eugene, both herds are running parallel with no sign of merging.
- The Saviors show up at the camp with a gun. This leads to a fight that begins to attract the herds with the gunfire.
- The two herds are about to converge.
Characters
- Michonne goes out every night to kill walkers with her katanna, but constantly finds herself haunted by Lucille.
- Negan tries to get Michonne to let him to see Lucille, but she claims they don't have his bat and that it's still out there. This upsets Negan enough that he begins hitting his head against the wall.
- Anne has Gabriel tied up and prepares to have a walker bite him. He expresses his forgiveness and hopes she can forgive him, which causes her to pull the walker away and proceeds to put him to sleep. He wakes up and finds her gone with a note that reads "If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together. I need to go fast."
- Maggie returns to the Hilltop to get a crowbar before leaving for Alexandria. Jesus is concerned she's making a call that isn't hers to make and later gives Rick the heads-up about her departure.
- Daryl drives Rick out of the way and cuts off his communication relay. They fight and wind up in a large hole. Rick worries killing Negan will make him a martyr and that everyone, including, Carl died for nothing, but Daryl suggest he let it go.
- After escaping, Rick decides to ride the horse to lead the herd away from the camp, parting with Daryl. The horse later gets spooked by the other herd, knocking him off and impaling him on a rebar. He passes out as the herds approach.
