WWF The Main Event (titled on-air simply as The Main Event) was a professional wrestling program that aired on NBC on a mostly annual basis from its debut on February 5, 1988 until its final edition on February 1, 1991. It was produced by Titan Sports Inc. (the then-parent company of the World Wrestling Federation, now WWE). It was a spinoff of Saturday Night's Main Event, another wrestling special which aired periodically on NBC (and later on FOX) from 1985 to 1992.
