Plot Overview
Fever sweeps Santa Helena and the surrounding countryside. Dr Helms initial supply of medicine is stolen but secretly recovered and hidden by Captain Grisham. The Queen is blamed. Marta and Colonel Montoya fall victim to the fever and Grisham realises if he prevents Dr Helm from making more medicine he will be free of Colonel Montoya, and the hold he has on him, when he dies.
The Queen to recover the stolen medicine has to convince Grisham he is also sick but only Tessa Alvarado can do it.
Notes
The Medicine was "salicylic acid from willow bark" in other words Aspirin which is known to lower temperature.
