Saturday Morning Cartoons is a Saturday morning animated children's programming block that airs on MeTV.
This three-hour block features animated theatrical and made-for-TV cartoon shorts made between the 1930s and the 2000s (sourced primarily from the Warner Bros. animation library, with some cartoons sourced from CBS Media Ventures and some from NBCUniversal Syndication Studios), grouped by characters into half-hour or hour-long shows.
Shows currently airing
- Popeye and Pals, at 7 AM; features Popeye and Betty Boop shorts (originally made by Fleischer Studios and Famous Studios for Paramount Pictures); from May 2021 to April 2023, was known as Popeye and Pink Panther's Party with the addition of Pink Panther shorts (made by The Mirisch Company and DePatie-Freleng Enterprises for United Artists) in the show's second half
- The Tom & Jerry Show, at 7:30 AM; features Tom & Jerry shorts and cartoons featuring other characters made for Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer from 1937 to 1967
- The Woody Woodpecker Show (previously Woody Woodpecker and Friends), at 8 AM; features Woody Woodpecker, Chilly Willy and Andy Panda shorts and cartoons featuring other characters made by Walter Lantz for Universal Studios from 1940 to 1972; the opening montage for this segment incorporates the opening for The Woody Woodpecker Show which appeared on ABC, NBC and in syndicated reruns from 1957 to 1977, and again in syndication from 1987 to 1997
- Bugs Bunny and Friends, at 9 AM; features Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies shorts starring Bugs Bunny and other Warner Bros. characters, made between the 1930s and the 2000s; the opening montage for this segment incorporates the original opening for The Bugs Bunny/Road Runner Hour
