NBCUniversal Syndication Studios (NUSS), formerly NBCUniversal Television Distribution (NUTD) until March 2021, is the distribution unit of Universal Television and NBC, both divisions of NBCUniversal.

NUSS was formed on September 13, 2004 through the merger of NBC Enterprises (the distribution unit of General Electric's NBC) and Universal Domestic Television (owned by Vivendi Universal). It is the successor to previous distribution companies owned by NBC or by VU and its predecessors.

NUSS holds the TV distribution rights to its own first-run syndicated series, as well as library programming from its predecessor and current sister companies:

NUSS is also the distributor for TV series acquired from the following companies and entities:

NBCUniversal Global Distribution (formerly MCA Television International, Universal Worldwide Television and NBCUniversal International Television), the international division of NUSS, handles syndication of a majority of the shows it owns the rights to outside of the United States (or North America in some cases) while also handling international distribution of some shows whose syndication rights are owned by other companies in the United States.
