WEYI-TV is an American local station. Licenced to Saginaw, Michigan, the station broadcasts to the Michigan Tri-Cities area of Saginaw, Flint and Bay City. Howard Stirk Holdings owns the station, which is operated by the Sinclair Broadcast Group through a shared services agreement as an NBC affiliate operating on digital channel 18, displayed on tuners as virtual channel 25. It is a sister station to Flint-licenced FOX affiliate WSMH (which Sinclair owns) and Bay City-licenced CW affiliate WBSF (which is owned by Cunningham Broadcasting and operated by Sinclair through a separate SSA).
