Plot Overview
The episode begins with Ziva in Israel, McGee in the Cybercrimes Unit and Gibbs wrestling with a completely new team. As the episode proceeds, it is revealed that Vance broke up Gibbs' team at the end of season 6 in order to assemble a completely new team for Gibbs, composed of three people who Vance suspected of committing treason.
