Secret Squirrel was an animated comedy airing on NBC.
Secret Squirrel was a secret agent whose hat covered his eyes, save for two holes for him to see through. His trench coat contained a number of devices for his missions, most of them centered around recurring villain Yellow Pinkie (a play on James Bond villain Goldfinger). Also on the show was Squiddly Diddly (a dysfunctional octopus at a marine theme park) and Winsome Witch.
In 1967, Secret Squirrel joined companion H-B show Atom Ant in a combined half-hour show. In 1970, Secret Squirrel became an element in the syndicated Banana Splits show. In 1993, Secret Squirrel was updated as a segment of the cartoon series 2 Stupid Dogs.
