Plot Overview
An ambulance with the corpse of a dead Marine inside explodes, barely giving the ambulance drivers enough time to escape with their lives. The NCIS team is called and takes over the investigation, only to have Ducky make a shocking discovery: the charred corpse may not actually be the dead Marine.
