Plot Overview
Special Agent McGee shoots an apparently unarmed D.C. Metro detective in an alley in D.C., claiming that the man was armed and fired on him when he called out that he was a federal agent. The NCIS team must prove that McGee didn't just get nervous and shoot him by accident.
